LATI (Leading Advanced Technology & Innovation) is a membership organisation that provides networking and business support for companies and individuals involved in the innovative use of science and technology across Leicestershire. LATI organises networking events for its members and partners. These usually take the form of visits to member companies and university research departments, seminars and workshops. LATI also runs business support projects using local university students. The students are given training in specific business skills and then linked up with member companies so they they can put these skills into practise for the benefit of the member. Past projects have included writing press releases and creating customer care studies. |
