Car Parking
Parking at the Innovation Centre and De Montfort University is extremely limited and must be booked in advance by ProspectIP staff. Please enquire about parking availability when arranging your appointment/meeting.  if available, parking will be in one of two locations:

  • The Innovation Centre car park  - which is located at the rear of the Innovation Centre, on Grange Lane, opposite the junction with Gosling Street.
  • The main De Montfort University car park - located on Gateway Street/The Gateway, between the junctions of Deacon Street and Gosling Street, near the Estates office (single story building).

Other Parking
On-street, pay & display parking is available on most roads around the Innovation Centre / University, including Grange Lane.  Multi-storey, pay-on-exit car parks are located on Newarke Street and Welford Road, (NCP), a short walk from the Innovation Centre.

Public transport
The Innovation Centre is approximately 10 minutes walk from Leicester city centre and 15 minutes from the railway station on London Road.  The UHL Hospital Hopper bus runs from the railway station to Leicester Royal Infirmary, 2 minutes walk from the Innovation Centre (journey time 5 minutes, £1 flat fare)
