How does it work?

ProspectIP has developed a robust 4-stage process for the management and development of IP.

IP in this context will encompass new ideas (i.e. unprotected IP), filed IP and granted IP. The process will accommodate IP from all sectors and size of organisations and assist businesses to fully understand their IP.

Special focus will be on assessing the markets, technical challenges and the potential for IP protection.

Businesses can also be supported with a plan to further develop and/or exploit their IP.

The process consists of 4 key stages:

Stage 1 - IP Identification
Stage 2 - Initial Evaluation
Stage 3 - Due Diligence
Stage 4 - Recommendations for development and/or exploitation
