How does it work?
ProspectIP has developed a robust 4-stage process for the management and exploitation of IP.
IP in this context will encompass new ideas (i.e. unprotected IP), filed IP and granted IP. The process will accommodate IP from all sectors and size of organisations and either process the IP to a successful commercial conclusion or reject those that have little or no commercial worth or value.
The process consists of 4 key stages:
- Stage 1 - IP Identification
- Stage 2 - IP Evaluation & Due diligence
- Stage 3 - IP Development
- Stage 4 - IP Exploitation
