Motorola versus BlackBerry

Motorola has lodged a complaint with the US International Trade Commission to stop Research in Motion from importing its BlackBerry phone into the United States.
Motorola has alleged Research in Motion used five of its patents without permission; a court case is pending in the US with complaints filed by each firm.
The issue has arisen due to both companies failing to renew a cross licensing agreement.
